Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

With almost 30 different groups to attend, you can turn like-minded professionals into friendly faces. SIGs are attended by SAP users across the UK & Ireland from a vast and diverse range of industries. Learn and develop together and speak with one voice by getting involved in these communities.

Get Involved

Host a Meeting

Hosting a SIG provides many benefits to you and your company, and we'll help you get everything you need organised. By hosting a SIG you can benefit from a free conference pass to UKISUG Connect for your company.

Hosting a SIG couldn’t be easier, and the User Group is there to help. Book a room, order some refreshments, influence the content of the day and enjoy not having to travel hours and hours to attend. - Roy Clark, Newcastle University

Share your Experiences

If you have never presented to a group before don't worry, the SIG chairs will happily help you in your preparation. As a thank you to anyone who speaks at this year's events we will be offering an exclusive speaker rate for you to attend our annual conference UKISUG Connect.

From my experience getting the chance to speak at the SIG was a great opportunity to not only present what ESB are doing in terms of ESB but also to generate discussion on topics and challenges which are relevant to my company and see how other companies are meeting those challenges. It’s a great opportunity to direct the conversation.

Become a Volunteer

“Becoming a User Group volunteer is a great way to further your personal development. You can gain great experience at organising and facilitating events, seeking out topics that will be attractive to members. As a starter at a SIG, you also have the opportunity to practice public speaking skills; initially introducing visiting speakers and fellow customers, through to presenting full sessions based on your own experiences.” Paul Cooper, Head of IS, Burtons Biscuits
